I have a preference for treating all people equally, based on their character. It surprises me that even in this modern era of artificial intelligence, there still exist monarchies like the King and Queen of the United Kingdom, while India has dissolved its own monarchy. Although it may be considered part of UK culture, governing a country is a challenging task and being born into a dynasty family should not automatically qualify someone to Rule This applies not only to the UK but also to places like Dubai etc where dynasties still hold power. Thankfully, in India, talent is valued, as evidenced by a Prime Minister from a poor family. If a monarchy were still in place, would this person be able to fulfill their duties without royal intervention? I doubt it. Therefore, I believe in the value of democracy, and I hope that more people will wake up and recognize the importance of meritocracy. If Prince Charles were to become King of the United Kingdom today, there would be several potential positive and negative impacts, both for the UK and the wider world. Here are some possible examples:

Positives:

- Continuity: Charles has been preparing for this role for most of his life, and is likely to bring a sense of continuity and stability to the monarchy and the UK as a whole.

- Experience: As the longest-serving heir apparent in British history, Charles has accumulated a wealth of experience in public life, diplomacy, and charitable work, which could prove valuable in his role as King.

- International relations: Charles has long been involved in promoting international cooperation, particularly in areas such as environmental sustainability and cultural preservation. As King, he may be able to leverage his connections and experience to further these causes on a global scale.

Negatives:

- Public opinion: Some people in the UK and abroad may have reservations about Charles becoming King, due to his personal life, his views on certain issues, or his perceived suitability for the role.

- Political influence: As a constitutional monarch, the King of the UK has limited formal powers, but can still exert a significant amount of influence behind the scenes. Some people may be concerned about the extent to which Charles would use this influence to advance his personal agenda or interfere in politics.

- Succession: Charles is next in line to the throne after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II. However, he is also relatively old (currently 73), and some people may be concerned about the prospect of a shorter reign or a more rapid succession to his younger son, Prince William.
