The Dak Karmayogi Mission, an initiative led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as part of the "Mission Karmayogi," represents a commendable effort to elevate the quality of work in both a professional and humanitarian manner, dedicated to serving the citizens. Across India, approximately 450,000 postal employees play a pivotal role in this mission. Among them, a select group of 1,500 postal employees has been chosen to undergo training as "Master Trainers" responsible for educating their fellow postal colleagues. Furthermore, 150 Karmayogi Trainers from the general public have been carefully selected following rigorous interviews and mock sessions, and I am proud to count myself among them.

Sharing my experience as a Dak Karmayogi Trainer, I have been engaged as a Motivational Trainer since 2015. While the primary aim of all my training sessions is to foster interactivity, this initiative has proven to be exceptionally engaging. Each module was meticulously crafted, designed to empower trainers and facilitate participant comprehension.
Regarding the participants, we were assigned batches of 30 to 35 postal employees for training. From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, rigorous training was delivered, under the vigilant supervision and guidance of cluster leaders. I had the privilege of leading one such batch, and I consider myself fortunate to have had 35 outstanding participants. Their high level of cooperation and energy were truly remarkable. Adhering to strict protocols, one of which emphasized allowing participants to share their experiences based on each module, promoted motivation and mutual support. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with these 35 remarkable individuals.
Reflecting on my experience, I've come to recognize postal employees as the "Unsung Heroes." Their unwavering dedication to their work, particularly during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, deserves our utmost admiration. They risked their lives to ensure the timely delivery of medicines and essential goods. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every postal employee for their invaluable humanitarian services.

As a suggestion to the government, while the project and its modules are praiseworthy, it's essential to ensure that postal employees are equipped with the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively. Concerns persist, especially in post offices lacking proper Wi-Fi connections, which can hinder their job performance. However, it's remarkable to note that postal employees often find innovative solutions to overcome such challenges and continue serving the public admirably. These unsung heroes truly deserve our respect and appreciation.
